摘　　要：雅思口语考试的评分标准对在职成人口语教学具有积极的指导意义,评分标准中对考生口语水平的具体要求能作为口语教师授课时的参考和借鉴。文章以雅思口语考试评分标准为指导,以雅思考题为课堂口语练习素材,结合在职成人学习英语口语的特点和优势,有针对性地提出了适合在职成人的学习策略和方法,并就具体案例做了详尽的分析,对提高在职成人口语教学的质量和效率有一定的帮助。IELTS speaking band descriptors have positive guiding significance for adult oral English teaching.The specific requirements for the oral English of examinees can be utilized as references for oral English teachers.The paper introduces IELTS speaking band descriptors,analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the adult learners,and proposes learning strategies and methods that fit for in-service education,with IELTS speaking test questions as oral practice materials.Detailed analysis on the specific case is also provided in the paper.The learning strategies and methods are of certain help for improving the quality and efficiency of adult oral English teaching.
