摘 要:绿色印刷已成为国际印刷包装产业的发展趋势,我国从2010年开始推行绿色印刷理念和绿色认证。为了更好地推进绿色印刷进程,应构建涵盖从原辅材料采集和能源利用到设备、工艺使用,再到产品质量和环境影响处理的印刷包装企业绿色化评价指标体系,以科学衡量各企业的绿色化效率。印刷包装产业绿色化具有环保、节能、高效、低废、安全、创新等特征。基于系统性、科学性、针对性和可操作性等原则,从资源消耗、设备工艺投入、产品质量、循环利用和社会责任几方面构建了印刷包装企业绿色化评价指标体系。Green printing is the development tendency in current international printing and packaging industry, so our country starts delivering green printing theory and green certification from 2010. In order to scientifically measure green printing efficiency of printing and packaging enterprise, we should establish a green printing evaluation index system that contains raw and auxiliary materials collection, the energy utilization, the usage of the process equipment, the quality of products and the environmental effects etc. The green printing and packaging industry have many distinct characteristics, such as environmental protection, energy-saving, high efficiency, low-waste, safety, innovation and so on. On the principles of systematicness, seientificalness, pertinence and operability, this paper establishes a green evaluation index system of printing and packaging enterprises from the resource consumption, investment of process equipments, product quality, cyclic utilization and social responsibility.
