短效硝苯地平片治疗重度高血压脑出血临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察短效硝苯地平片治疗重度血压增高脑出血患者的临床疗效。【方法】将本院2011年5月至2012年5月间收治的86例重度血压增高的脑出血患者随机分成两组，对照组43例，治疗组43例。治疗组采用舌下舍服硝苯地平片，对照组采用口服硝苯地平片。比较两组的临床疗效。【结果】服用硝苯地平治疗后两组患者的平均收缩压、平均舒张压、收缩压变异性、白昼收缩压变异性、内皮素含量均较治疗前明显下降，且差异有显著性（P〈O．05）。治疗组平均收缩压、平均舒张压，内皮素含量较对照组下降更明显，且差异有显著性（P〈O．05）。【结论】高血压患者血压增高与内皮功能受损有关，短效硝苯地平有较好的降压作用，可减少血压变异性，而且可改善高血压患者的内皮功能。舌下含服硝苯地平临床疗效更好，适宜临床推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of short-acting nifedipine foe the treatment of patients with severe hypertension intracranial hemorrhage. [Methods] Eighty-six patients with severe hypertension intracranial hemorrhage in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group. The treatment group was given with sublingual nifedipine, while the control group was given with oral nife- dipine. Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. [Results] Compared with before treatment, the average systolic blood pressure, average diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure variation, daytime systolic blood pressure variability and endothelin in two groups after nifedipine treatment were decreased obviously, and there was significant difference（ P d0.05）. Compared with control group, the average systolic blood pressure, average dias- tolic blood pressure and endothelin in treatment group were decreased more obviously, and there was significant differ- ence（ P d0.05）. [Conclusion] The elevation of blood pressure in patients with hypertension is associated with endo- thelial dysfunction. Short-acting nifedipine has good efficacy in lowering the blood pressure, and can not only reduce blood pressure variability, but also improve endothelial function in patients with hypertension. Sublingual nifedipine will be popularized on clinical therapy with well clinical efficacy.
