运动想象疗法对脑出血致偏瘫患者平衡和运动功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨运动想象疗法对脑出血致偏瘫患者平衡和运动功能恢复的影响。【方法】回顾性分析本院收治的100例脑出血致偏瘫的患者的临床资料，根据康复治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例，对照组患者给予常规康复训练，观察组在对照组的基础上加用运动想象疗法治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后BBS评分、FMA评分和MBI评分。【结果】观察组患者的总有效率为92．00％（46／50），显著高于对照组的总有效率80．OO％（40／50），两组相比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗前的BBS评分、FMA评分和MBI评分相比较差异均无显著性（P〉0．05），治疗后观察组患者的BBS评分、FMA评分和MBI评分显著高于对照组，且两组相比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。【结论】运动想象疗法能显著提高脑出血致偏瘫患者的平衡功能和四肢运动能力，效果显著，值得临床推广。[Objective] To explore the effect of motor imagery therapy on the recovery of balance and motor function in patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral hemorrhage. [Methods]Clinical data of 100 patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different methods of rehabilitation therapy, all patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training, while the treat- ment group was taken with motor imagery therapy on the basis of the control group. Clinical efficacy and BBS score, FMA score and MBI score between two groups were compared. [Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00% （46/50）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（80.00%, 40/ 50）, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in BBS score, FMA score and MBI score between before and after treatment（ P 〉0.05）. After treatment, the BBS score, FMA score and MBI score of the treatment group were markedly higher than those of the control group, and there was signifi- cant difference（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Exercise therapy can significantly improve the balance function and motor ability of four limbs in patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral hemorrhage, and has significant efficacy. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
