校企文化交融的奔驰铸星教育——以广州市交通运输职业学校“奔驰班”为例

摘　　要：秉持"文化育人"的教育理念,文中以广州市交通运输职业学校的"铸星教育"项目——"奔驰班"为例详细介绍了文化育人的成功案例。为实现"文化育人"的培养目标,文中深入分析了校企文化理念之间存在的差异,制订并确立了以提升学生文化素养为目标的培养计划。在培养计划的指引下,我校校企文化交融的人才培养实践得以顺利开展,培养成效显著。Adhering to the philosophy of ＂cultural education＂, this paper casts Star Education Project of ＂Mer- cedes-Benz class＂ as an example to detail the success practice of School-Enterprise Cultural education. To achieve the objective of the in-depth integration of school and enterprise culture, we analyze the differences between the con- cepts of school culture and enterprise culture, develop a training program which aims to enhance students＇ cultural lit- eracy. Under the guidance of the training program, the school-enterprise culture training is carried out smoothly at our school and remarkable education outcomes are made.
