摘　　要：思想政治理论课实践教学资源问题业已受到广泛关注,但在开发利用中存在着整合开发利用意识不强、效益不高、隐性实践教学资源开发利用不到位等问题。科学开发利用思想政治理论课实践教学资源,必须以人力资源整合为抓手;必须高度重视隐性实践教学资源的开发利用;必须树立实践教学资源开发利用效益意识;必须发挥大学生的主体作用,实现思政课实践教学资源开发利用主体多元化。The practice teaching resources of ideological and political course has been wlctely concerneo, but in the process of their development and utilization, some problems like less integrated conscious- ness, lower efficiency, potential teaching resources still exist. In order to exploit and make use of the practice teaching resources of ideological and political course scientifically, more attention should be paid to integrate human resources, to emphasize the development and use of potential practice teaching resources, to cultivate the efficiency consciousness, and to realize its multi--subject diversification.
