摘　　要：在当前我国经济社会转型日益深化的新形势下,成人高等教育办学机构若要获得自身的生存和发展,就必须打造学习型工作团队,必须构建创新型组织体系,必须建立适切性规章制度,必须开展针对性院校研究。这是成功实现我国成人高等教育办学机构转型与创新的有力而必要的保障性举措。Under the new situation of the increasingly deepening of economic social transformation in our country, Adult higher ed- ucation School - running institutions must create a learning team, construction innovative organization system, establish adaptive rules and regulations and carry out pertinent institutional research if it wants to obtain its survival and development, which is the powerful and necessary guarantee strategies to realize the transformation and innovation of adult higher education School - running institutions in our country.
