供应链网络特征对企业二元性创新影响的实证研究

摘　　要：基于河南省156家客车供应链企业的样本数据,对供应链网络特征与二元性创新之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明:供应链网络成员间的认知距离、网络密度与开发性创新呈负相关,而与探索性创新呈正相关;网络中心性、网络稳定性、联系强度与开发性创新呈正相关,而与探索性创新呈负相关。该研究为处于供应链网络内的企业进行开发性创新和探索性创新提供了指导。In this paper, on the basis of the data of 156 passenger bus supply chain enterprises from Henan, we had an empirical study on the relationship between the properties of the supply chain network and the dual innovation of the enterprises and the result indicated that the cognitive distance and network density of the members of the supply chain network were negatively correlated with the developmental innovation and positively with the explorative innovation while the contrary was true for the centrality, stability and associative strength of the network.
