摘　　要：指出供应链协同是使供应链不断优化达到多赢效果最好的方法,但现实中实行协同供应链面临资金问题,而物流金融能够使供应链上中小企业的资金得到更高效的运行,使银行找到了新的业务拓展空间。因此提出了将物流授信金融与供应链协同结合的运作模式,并对如何控制该运作模式中的风险进行了探讨。In this paper, we pointed out that supply chain coordination was the optimal method to reach supply chain multi-win, yet in reality the implementation of supply chain coordination often faced capital problems and that logistics finance could help the SMS enterprises on the suppler chain operate more effectively and give the banks new room for business development, as a result of which we proposed an operational mode that incorporated logistics financial credit extension and supply chain coordination.
