摘　　要：从电能计量资产的特点出发,对电能计量资产全寿命周期管理环节及其业务流程对应的主要成本进行了分析,提出了基于闭环供应链的电能计量资产全寿命周期成本管理思路,探索以总成本最小为目标的成本控制策略,对电能计量资产全寿命周期成本实施系统控制。In this paper, starting from the characteristics of electricity measurement assets, we analyzed the links in its life cycle management and the major costs corresponding to the business processes, proposed the line of thinking on the life-cycle cost management of the assets based on closed-loop supply chain, and exploxd the strategy to minimize the total cost.
