摘　　要：以天津钢铁集团有限公司EAM系统实施为背景,介绍了天钢现有设备管理流程,确定了科学、规范的备件采购、仓储、点检、润滑等业务流程,将设备管理业务纳入到EAM管理信息系统中进行管理。通过EAM系统,建立了设备全生命周期的管理体系;完善备件基础编码体系管理;建立设备与备件的对应关系,降低备件库存,减少库存备件的资金占用;实现备件全过程控制管理;提高备件集中采购效率;建立成本控制体系;方便获取备件管理统计数据;有效利用业务信息开展各种类型统计与分析,为决策分析提供数据依据。实现了设备管理方法的突破,提高了天钢设备管理的科学化、现代化水平。The paper introduces the existing equipment implementation at Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company management process based on EAM system Limited （TISCO）. The scientific and standard operation flow of spare part procurement, storage, inspection and lubrication is determined and equipment management included in EAM management information system. By means of EAM system, achievements are made of building equipment full life cycle management system, improving the management of spare part basic coding system, establishing the correspondent relation between equipment and spare part, reducing spare part inventory, reducing the capital for stocked spare part, realizing the full process control management of spare part, improving the central procurement efficiency of spare part, setting up cost control system, easily accessing the statistical data of spare part management, effectively utilizing operation information to conduct various statistics and analysis and providing data basis for decision analysis. In a word, equipment management method is broken through and level of scientization and modernization for equipment management of TISCO raised.
