摘　　要：目的探讨功能性便秘(FC)患者的常见症状与其生活质量的相关性。方法对符合FC罗马Ⅲ标准的151例FC患者进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括人口学资料、症状、SF-36量表等项目。结果排便费力、大便性状、腹胀、排便次数、排便时长与SF-36中的几个维度相关性有统计学意义。结论通过不同治疗方法重点改善与生活质量相关的症状有利于改善FC患者的生活质量。Objective This paper aims to explore the correlation between symptom and quality of life in patients with functional constipation. Methods A total of 151 patients who meet the Rome HI criteria for functional constipation were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey which included demographics, symptoms and the 36-item short form healthy survey. Then, the data from the survey were statistically analyzed. Results Correlation was found between symptom including straining, stool consistency, bloating, defecation frequency, defecation time and several of the items in the 36-item short form healthy survey. Conclusion Laying emphasis on treating symptom correlated to the quality of life by different methods can improve the quality of life of the patients suffering from functional constipation.
