六硝基二苯砜基PBX的制备及性能

摘  要:采用溶液水悬浮法制备工艺,以2,2′,4,4′,6,6′-六硝基二苯砜(PCS)为主体炸药、乙酸乙酯作溶剂,偏氟乙烯-全氟丙烯共聚物与偏氟乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物的共混物作黏结剂,石蜡作钝感剂制备了PCS基PBX。测试了该炸药的爆轰性能、耐热性能、机械感度、相容性及力学性能。结果表明,PCS基PBX在常温常压(250~300MPa)下的压制密度为1.74g/cm3(96%TMD)以上,爆速大于7 200m/s,撞击感度和摩擦感度低于10%,200℃、48h耐热性试验不燃不爆。Plastic bonded explosive was prepared by solution-water suspension method using 2,2′-4,4′-6,6′-Hexanitrodiphenyl sulfide(PCS) as the explosive,ethyl acetate as the solvent,vinylidene fluoride-perfluoralkyl copolymer and vinylidene fluoride-cholrotrifluoroethylene copolymer blend as the binder,and paraffin wax as the desensitizer.The detonation performance,thermal stability,mechanical sensitivity,compatibility and mechanical properties of this explosive were tested.The results show that at ambient temperature and pressure(250-300 MPa),the pressing density of this explosive is more than 1.74 g·cm-3(96%TMD),the detonation velocity is over 7 200 m/s,and both the impact sensitivity and the friction sensitivity are lower than 10%.Heat resistence experiments show that this explosive is stable at 200℃ for 48h.
