海外校友在高校国际化建设与发展中的作用初探

摘　　要：海外校友是高校校友的重要组成部分,他们在学校建设国际化师资队伍,提升科学研究水平,培养具有国际化视野的人才以及提升学校的国际影响力等方面发挥着重要作用。总结国内外高校海外校友在学校国际化发展中的作用,完善高校海外校友会的工作机制,进一步发挥海外校友的桥梁和纽带作用,可以提升学校的国际化水平。As an important component of university alumni,overseas alumni play an leading role in promoting the internationalization of their Alma Mater,including the faculty recruitment and enhancing,leveling up the scientific research,training talent with international vision and raising to a higher and broader horizon the international reputation of the university.After summarizing the practices in exploring the potentiality of overseas alumni by universities both home and abroad,the paper proposes future work plans to put overseas alumni in full swing as a part of effort to speed up the internationalization of universities.
