融合职业生涯规划的高职学生思想政治工作探究

摘　　要：将高职学生的思想政治工作和职业生涯规划教育相融合,可以为高职院校的思想政治工作提供新的切入点和工作思路,从而促进高职思想政治工作效果的改善。文章分析了高职思想政治工作的现状和存在的主要问题,论述了职业生涯规划教育对高职学生发展的主要作用,提出了职业生涯规划教育和高职思想政治工作相融合的基本途径。The integration of vocational college students’ ideological and political work and career planning education will provide a new idea and improve the effectiveness of vocational ideological and political work.This paper first analyzes the current situation and major problems of vocational ideological and political work,then discusses the main functions of career planning education for student development,and finally puts forward approaches to the integration of career planning education and ideological and political work in vocational colleges.
