摘　　要：早期进口的活塞式发动机燃油系统测试设备智能化程度普遍不高,主要采用模拟式测量仪表,精度差、读数误差大,不便于测试数据的保存和管理。针对某型通用航空飞机发动机燃油系统测试台的结构特点、测试原理、以及所使用的各种模拟式测量仪表,分析得出了测试台存在的各项缺陷和现有不足,采用计算机辅助测试技术和信息管理系统,在原理分析和系统重建的基础上利用特定的编程语言和数据库构建了一套专门的测试软件和管理系统,通过可视化用户界面实现了对测量数据的实时显示、储存、管理与分析,通过登录用户密码来保证存储数据的机密性和可靠性,加强了维修工作的科学化、规范化管理,有效地提高了燃油系统部件的测试效率和测试精度,保障了飞行安全。Early import piston engine fuel system test equipment intelligent level is generally not high, mainly uses the analog measuring instruments, test efficiency and test accuracy is low, and is not convenient for data storage and management. Based on a certain type of aircraft engine fuel system test bench design flaws and existing defect, utilize computer-aided testing technology and information management systems, on the basis of analysis and system reconstruction, make use of specific programming languages and databases to build a set of specialized test software and management systems, through the user interface of measured data are realized real-time display, storage, management and analysis, through the login password for user to ensure the stored data confidentiality and reliability, strengthen the repair work scientific style, the standardized management, effectively improve fuel system components test efficiency and test accuracy, guarantee the flight safety.
