摘 要:研发了一种应用于变电站间隔层的温升在线监测智能电子装置(IED)。该IED以ARM+DSP为系统架构,采用linux操作系统嵌入IEC61850协议;以GPS授时实现全站的数据同步触发,通过RS485与一次终端在线监测设备进行数据传输,并利用光纤以太网将数据以IEC61850规约封装后与监控中心进行通信,最终实现对一次设备终端温度的采集、传送等功能。该设计已在上海虹桥220 kV变电站安装运行,运行结果表明所设计的IED能准确采集一次设备的温度并进行分析、处理和传输至信息一体化平台及在线监测系统,能够实现对终端一次设备的温度智能化在线监测功能。A temperature online monitoring intelligent electronic device (IED) device is developed, which is applied in substation spacing layer and follows the IEC61850 protocol meter standard. Based on the ARM + DSP dual-core CPU structure, the Linux operating system is embeded to the IED device, meanwhile firstly using GPS timing to realize the synchronous data trigger, then using the RS485 to realize on-line monitoring device for data transmission terminal at a time, and after packing the optical fiber Ethernet data by the way of IEC61850 code, monitoring center can be communicated. Finally, device terminal temperature collection, transmission, and other functions can be achieved. The design has been applied in Hongqiao 220 kV substation operation, the actual operation resuhs show that the designed IED can accurately collect the temperature of the device and carry on the analysis and processing. Then information is transmitted to integration platform and online monitoring system, the function of intelligent temperature on-line monitoring can be achieved.
