摘 要:总体来看,科技英语教学在我国外语院系目前尚未得到很好开展,这给学生就业带来诸多不利影响,因此,有必要采取措施扭转这种局面。在外语专业科技英语课程改革中,内容依托式教学法具有重要参考价值。根据内容依托式教学法的理念,除开设专门的科技英语课程以外,还应该大大增加其它课程的科技知识含量,通过多课程、多层次、多信息、多模态的输入,提高学生的语言技能,丰富学生的科技知识,培养具有人文情操和科技素养的高素质外语人才。Generally speaking, the teaching of English for Science and Technology (EST) has not yet been well carried out in China' s foreign language faculties, bringing much adverse effect to students' employment, which indicates that something must be done to change this situation. The notion of Content-Based Instruction is of great referential value to the teaching of EST course for English majors. Based on the notion of Content-Based Instruction, in addition to the prescription of specialized EST courses, scientific and technological content should also be largely increased in other courses. Through a multi-course, multi-level, multi-information and multi-modal input, it is hoped to improve students' language skills as well as enhancing technological knowledge synchronously, aiming at cultivating high-quality foreign language talents with both profound humanistic sentiments and technological literacy.
