玄神活血消肿液治疗大鼠急性软组织损伤模型的病理形态、白介素-6的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察玄神活血消肿液对急性软组织损伤性大鼠模型组织形态学的影响及对损伤组织中白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为玄神活血组、阿司匹林组、模型对照组、空白对照组,除空白对照组外,其余各组建立大鼠急性软组织损伤性模型,各造模组大鼠分别应用玄神活血消肿液、阿司匹林混悬液、生理盐水灌胃给药,在治疗后第1、3、5、7天于损伤局部软组织取材,在光镜下观察其组织形态学变化,另将部分组织进行组织匀浆,采用放免法测定匀浆液IL-6含量。结果观察组织形态学改变,玄神活血组损伤局部软组织的淤血消退明显,肌纤维的修复也较模型对照组迅速;玄神活血组与其他各组相比,可显著降低局部损伤组织匀浆液的IL-6含量(P<0.05)。结论玄神活血消肿液能显著促进损伤局部软组织的修复,且这种作用可能与降低局部组织中IL-6有关。Objective To observe the impact of the mysterious God blood swelling solution on acute soft tissue injury rat model of tissue morphology and of IL - 6 in damaged tissue. Methods 48 rats were randonly divided into the Mystery of God and blood group, aspirin group, saline ,blank conterl group, rats acute soft tissue injury model in addition to the mysterious God Huoxue swelling liquid aspirin suspension, sa- line ig, one day, three days, five days after treatment,7 days in injury soft tissue drawn in the light the microscope its oranization morphological changes in the ohter part of the tissue homogenate IL -6 levels were measured by radioimmunoassay;Results observation grous morphologi- cal changes found the mysterious GOd Huoxue group local soft tissue injury congestion subsided significantly, the repair of muscle fibers than the saline group quickly;mysterous God Huoxue group and other groupx compared, can significantly reduce local damage tissue homogenate IL - 6 content,P 〈 0.05 ; Conclusion The Mystery of God blood swelling solution can significantly promote the of damage of local soft tissue, and this effect may reduce the local tissue IL- 6 -rdlatd.
