皮埋避孕剂对妇女补体C_3,C_4和中性粒细胞功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　了解左旋 1 8甲基炔诺酮皮埋避孕剂对妇女非特异性免疫功能的影响 ,为其免疫安全性的确定提供依据。方法　采用单向琼脂扩散法测定 C3和C4 水平 ,采用白色葡萄球菌吞噬百分率法测定中性粒细胞吞噬功能 ,NBT阳性细胞百分率法测定杀菌功能 ,肿瘤细胞花环法测定粘附肿瘤细胞功能。结果　用药早期 C4 水平高于正常对照组 ,C3水平、中性粒细胞吞噬杀菌功能及粘附肿瘤细胞能力未见明显差别。结论　左旋 1 8甲基炔诺酮皮埋避孕剂对妇女的非特异性免疫功能影响不大。Objective To understand the effects of subdermal levonorgestrel implants on non-specific immunity of women administered in order to provide basis for determining the immune safty of the implants.Methods The women were measured for the levels of C 3 and C 4 by single immunodiffusion test and the phagocytotic ability of neutrophils by phagocyting staphylococcus albus,that of bacteriocide by NBT test and that of adhering tumor cells by tumor cell rosette test. Results The level of C 3 and the abilities of phagocytosis, bacteriocide and adhering tumor cells of neutrophils did not differentiate from those of the normals. Only the level of C 4 at the early stage was higher(P<0.01). Conclusion The implants had a less effectivity on the non-specific immunity of the women.
