摘 要:目的探讨不同的饮食营养干预对急性淋巴细胞白血病病儿应用VDLP方案治疗的影响。方法选择100例应用VDLP方案治疗的急性淋巴细胞白血病病儿,随机分为两组,各50例。两组均由主管医生及责任护士进行健康教育指导。对照组由家属根据饮食原则给予病儿适当的饮食;观察组由营养科的营养师根据病儿年龄、体质量、饮食习惯,配置每餐饮食及中间添加辅食。比较两组病儿并发症如急性胰腺炎、高糖血症、低糖血症、低蛋白血症、胃肠道感染等的发生率。结果观察组病儿较对照组病儿并发症少,差异有显著性(P=0.003~0.028)。结论应用VDLP方案治疗的急性淋巴细胞白血病病儿由营养师进行饮食营养干预,并发症明显减少,保证了化疗的顺利进行。Objective To explore different diet nutrition interventions for kids with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who received VDLP chemotherapy. Methods This study consisted of 100 kids with ALL receiving VDLP chemotherapy, who were divided into two groups in random, and health education guidance was conducted by a doctor in charge and a primary nurse. The kids in 1he control group were given proper diet by their family according to the principles, those in the observation group were given diet according to the allocation made by a dietician based on the kid's age, body mass and food habits. Complications, such as acute pancreatitis, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, hypoalbuminemia and gastrointestinal infection, were compared between the two groups. Results Fewer complications were noted in the observation group than the control, the difference being significant (P= 0.003-0.028). Conclusion With diet intervention carried out by a dietician in children with ALL receiving VDLP protocol expe riences few complications and ensures chemotherapy to be proceeded smoothly.
