青岛市红石崖街道423例老年居民恶性肿瘤KAP调查

摘　　要：目的通过调查青岛市红石崖街道办事处老年居民恶性肿瘤相关知识、态度、行为(KAP),为该区老年肿瘤防治工作提供数据信息。方法抽取红石崖社区及雷家店子村60～70岁老年人群作为调查对象,由经过培训的调查员入户调查居民恶性肿瘤KAP。结果共获取有效问卷423份。被调查者中仅18.6%认为肿瘤可以预防,15.6%认为早期肿瘤有治愈机会。超过3/4的老年人群知道烟酒类不良嗜好对健康造成影响(知晓率高)。超过一半的被调查者了解健康饮食防癌重要性。约3/4老年居民不知道不良精神状态增加患癌风险。被调查老年人群中有烟酒不良嗜好者所占比例仍较高,分别为22.2%、13.0%。高风险食物摄入者的比例整体在10%左右。16.3%直系亲属中有恶性肿瘤病人,11.1%在生活中精神状态不好。居民对于肿瘤的预防保健态度积极,但对于肿瘤过分恐惧,对于治疗预后态度消极。结论老年人对常见的致癌饮食习惯知晓率高,对防癌科普知识需求强烈。Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude, practice （KAP） on malignant tumor in senior residents in Hongshiya neighborhood and provide information for its treatment and prevention in that area. Methods Seniors of 60-- 70 in Hongshiya were enrolled as the objects for this study, which was carried out through household survey by trained personnel for their KAP on malignant tumor. Results There were 423 valid questionnaires obtained. Only 18.6% of the seniors surveyed thought the tumor can be prevented, and 15.6% thought the tumor is curable in the early stage. Over three-fourths of them knew that liquor and tobacco will affect one＇s health. More than half understood the importance of healthy diet in the prevention of can- cer. About three-fourths did not understand that bad mental states can increase the risk of suffering from cancer. Bad habits of smoking and drinking accounted for 22.2%and 13.0%, respectively, and high-risk-food intake for about 10%. It was found that 16.3 % of their direct relatives had a history of cancer, and 11.1% lived under bad mental status. Their attitude towards prevention and health care of cancer was active, but fear of the disease and took a dim view of the prognosis and therapy of the condition. Conclusion The seniors surveyed have a high awareness on cancerogenic food habits, and popular science knowledge on prevention of cancer is in a great request.
