肝硬化病人血小板膜蛋白CD62P表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肝硬化病人血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(CD62P)表达及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测30例不同分级肝硬化病人及20例正常对照者血小板表面CD62P的表达。结果肝硬化病人血小板表面CD62P表达明显高于正常对照组(t=6.693,P<0.01),且肝硬化程度越重,CD62P表达越高(F=28.370,P<0.01)。结论血小板表面CD62P能够反映血小板活化程度及功能状态,对肝硬化临床治疗有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression of platelet membrane protein CD62P in hepatic cirrhosis （HC） and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of CD62P in 30 HC patients of different grade and 20 healthy individuals was detected by using flow cytometry. Results The expression of CDf2P in the patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls （t =6.693 ,P〈0.01）, and the expression elevated along with the disease aggravated （F=28.370,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Expression of CD62P can reflect the activation of platelet and its ffinetional status, which is of great significance in clinical therapy.
