6种配方匀浆营养液营养成分计算结果分析

摘　　要：目的　为临床患者确定营养量提供科学依据。方法　将每种匀浆营养液之所有食物种类和数量输入 PC- 1 50 0 A型计算机 ,计算其营养成分。结果　该营养液蛋白质占热能比为 1 5%～ 2 0 % ,优质蛋白占一半以上 ;脂肪占热能比为 2 5%～ 30 % ;碳水化物占热能比为 50 %～ 55%。粗纤维和钾含量以及硫胺素和核黄素含量中等 ;铁、磷、锌含量充足 ;维生素 A、尼克酸、维生素 C含量较高。结论　匀浆营养液不失为一种营养素均衡全面的经肠营养支持剂。Objective To provide scientific basis for clinical patients to determine the nutritional need amount. Methods To account nutritional components of all food on sort and quantity of six formula homogencous nutrient fluid by PC-1500A computer. Results Calories from protein make up about 15～20 per cent, of which high-quality protein is over 50 percent; calories from fat and carbohydrate account for 25～30 percent and 50～55 percent respectively. Contents of crude fiber, potassiumm, VB 1 and VB 2 are moderate. Iron, phosphorus and zinc are abundant in contents. VA, VPP and VC are opulent. Conclusion The homogeneous nutrient fluid is a well-balanced and all-round of nutrient element by way of enteron sustenance.\;
