艾司西酞普兰对慢性精神分裂症阴性症状的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察艾司西酞普兰对慢性精神分裂症阴性症状的作用。方法:以阴性症状为主的83例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组;两组在原有抗精神病药物的基础上,研究组加用艾司西酞普兰10～20mg/d,共12周。于治疗前后分别进行阴性症状量表(SANS)、治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)和洛文斯顿作业疗法用认知功能评定成套测验(LOTCA)。结果:12周后,研究组SANS总分及情感平淡、意志缺乏、兴趣缺乏评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05～0.01);LOTCA评分显著高于治疗前及对照组(t=-10.45,P=0.000;t=2.17,P=0.033);药物不良发生率两组间差异无统计学意义。结论:艾司西酞普兰对慢性精神分裂症阴性症状及认知功能有一定改善作用,不良反应轻微。Objective：To explore the effect of escitalopram on negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia.Method：Eighty-three chronic schizophrenia patients with mainly on negative symptoms were randomly divided into the study group and control group.On the basic of original antipsychotic drugs of the two groups,the patients in study group received escitalopram 10-20 mg/d for 12 weeks.Before and after therapy,the patients were assessed by scale of negative symptoms （SANS）,in the treatment of symptom scale （TESS） and test of Lovins＇s homework therapy with cognitive assessment （LOTCA） complete set,respectively.Results：After 12 weeks,the total score and scores of affective flattening,avolition-apathy and anhedouia-asociality of SANS in the study group were significantly lower than control group （P0.05 or P0.01）;the score of LOTCA was significantly higher than before therapy and control group（t=-10.45,P=0.000;t=2.17,P=0.033）.The deffence of incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups was no statistical significance.Conclusion：Escitalopram can mprove negative symptoms and cognitive function of chronic schizophrenia,and the dverse reactions is mild.
