摘　　要：目的 探讨氦氖激光血管内照射 (ILIB)治疗腔隙性脑梗死所致抑郁状态的效果。方法 将 68例患者随机分为两组，研究组 (34例 )和对照组 (34例 )。研究组采用抗抑郁药合并氦氖激光治疗，对照组则单纯采用同样的抗抑郁药物。用汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)和临床疗效总评量表 (CGI-GI)评定疗效。结果 研究组有效率为 94.1％，对照组为 76.4％，研究组疗效明显优于对照组Objective To study the curative effects of He Ne laser intravascular irradiation therapy on depressive state caused by lacunar intarcts .Method Sixty eight cases were randomly divided into two group (34 each).The treatment group patients were treated with antidepressant and He Ne laser .The control group cases were only treated by antidepressant .Then, we used the hamiton rating scale for depression nad clinical global impression to assess the patients .Result The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.1％ and that of the control group was 76.4％ .Therapeutic effects of the first group were markedly highter than those of the second group (P
