摘 要:目的探讨轻体力工作群体高血压发病与饮食习惯的关系。方法采用逐步引入法Logistic回归分析251名机关轻体力工作群体高血压病与饮食习惯诸因子的相关性。结果高血压总患病率22.3%,其中食盐量、饮酒量及自控制意识与高血压显著相关,有统计学意义(P<0.01),其他因子与高血压无显著相关。食盐量和饮酒量是引起高血压病的危险因子,自我控制意识为保护性因子。结论无节制饮食是导致高血压的主要危险。Objective To study the correlation between dietary factors and hypertension in low - grade labor intensity population. Methods 251 low - grade labor intensity subjects from institution were recruited. The correlation between dietary factors and hy- pertension in low - grade labor intensity population was analyzed by the multiple linear regression analysis. Results The general mor- bidity of hypertension was 22.3%. Salt intake, alcohol consumption and self control consciousness are significantly with hypertension ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Other factors have no significant correlation with hypertension. Salt intake and alcohol consumption are the risk factors causing hypertension and self control consciousness is a protective factor. Conclusions The non - abstemious diet is the main risk which will lead to hypertension.
