摘　　要：SPL-1200太阳能印刷线中的烘干炉是印刷线中的重要组成部分,而精准的温度控制又是烘干炉的关键之所在。介绍了经典PID控制器的原理以及继电反馈参数自整定原理,设计了温度控制系统并对该参数整定方法给以实验验证,得到了较好的控制效果。SPL-1200 solar printed wire in the drying furnace is an important part in the printing line, and precise temperature control is the crux of the drying furnace. This paper introduces the principle of the classic PID controller and relay feedback parameter self-tuning principle design of a temperature control system and give experimental validation of the parameter tuning method to obtain a better control effect.
