摘  要:目的应用磁共振DWI分析帕金森病(PD)患者表观扩散系数(ADc)值的变化。方法对19例PD患者和年龄匹配的13例健康志愿者进行DWI检查.分别测量黑质、尾状核、壳核、苍白球、丘脑及中央前回ADC值.并与Hoehn&Yahr分级、UPDRS评分及病程行相关性分析。结果PD组和正常对照组相比,黑质、尾状核、壳核、苍白球、丘脑及中央前回的ADC值差别均无统计学意义。PD患者黑质ADC值与Hoehn&Yahr分级有相关性(r=0.518,P=0.001),与UPDRS评分及病程无相关性。其余感兴趣区ADC值与Hoehn&Yahr分级、UPDRS评分及病程均无明显相关性。结论DWI可以作为PD诊断的一项无创性检查方法.并对判断疾病的严重程度有所帮助。Objective To analyze changes of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD) with MR diffusion weighted imaging(DWI). Methods Totally 19 patients with PD and 13 age-matched healthy volunteers underwent MRI. The ADC values of substantia nigra, caudate nucleus, putamen, globus pallidus, thalamus, precentral gyrus were measured on DWI. Correlation analysis of ADC values with Hoehn&Yahr grading , UPDRS and the course of PD was carried out. Results ADC values in the substantia nigra, caudate nucleus, putamen, globus pallidus, thalamus, precentral gyrus were not showed significant difference in the PD patients as compared to the control group(P〉0.05). Significant correlation between the ADC values of substantia nigra and Hoehn&Yahr grading was foundlr=0. 518,P=0. 001) ,but no correlations between the ADC values and UPDRS and the course of disease were found. No significant correlations between the ADC value of other ROIs , Hoehn&Yahr grading,UPDRS and the disease duration were found. Conclusion DWI can be served as a noninvasive diagnosis method for PD,which is helpful to judge the severity of the disease.
