摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT对成人肠套叠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术证实成人肠套叠6例CT表观。结果6例中继发肠套叠5例，原发肠套叠1例。5例继发性肠套叠中1例在套头部显示多发不规则息肉样软组织影，1例套头部可见不规则软组织肿块影，另3例显示套头部肠管管壁增厚。1例原发性肠套叠未见显示原发病征象。6例中4例显示同心圆征，所有病例均显示彗星尾征、血管卷入征、肾形征。结论64层螺旋CT对于成人肠套叠具有重要价值。Objective To study the value of 64-slice spiral CT for diagnosis of adult intussusception. Methods Direct features of 64-slice spiral CT of 6 cases of adult intussusception confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 6 cases ,5 cases were secondary intussusception including polyp in 1 case,lymphoma in 1 case,and adenocarcinoma in .3 ca ses. 1 case were primary intussusception. In 5 cases of secondary intussusception, multiple irregular polyp-like soft tissue masses were showed in 1 case,irregular soft-tissue mass in 1 case and thickening of the intestinal wall in three cases. Primary lesion was not showed in primary intussusception. Layering target masses were found in 4 cases, ＂comet-tail＂signs accompanied with kidney shape masses and vessel involvement signs were showed in all 6 cases. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT is of important value in diagnosing adult intussusception
