摘　　要：报告1例左手掌血管内皮细胞瘤。患者男,47岁。因左手掌反复发作暗红色结节2个月就诊。皮损组织病理检查显示真皮内有大小不等的血管腔,血管内皮细胞增生,细胞异形,核分裂象易见。免疫组化染色:血管内皮细胞CD31(+)、CD34(+)、FⅧ(+)、Ki-67(60%+),细胞角蛋白(CK)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)及结蛋白(desmin)(-)。诊断:血管内皮细胞瘤。A case of malignant angioendothelioma is reported. A 47-year-old man presented with multiple dark red, bleeding nodules on the left palm for 2 months. Histopathology showed that the tumor was located in the dermis. The tumor was composed of different sized blood vessels. Vascular endothelial hyperplasia, atypical endothelial cells and mitoses were ob- served. Immunohistoehemieal stains for CD31, CD34, and FⅦ were positive. 60% of cells were positive for Ki-67. Stainings for CK, EMA and Desmin were negative. The final diagnosis was low grade malignant angioendothelioma.
