摘　　要：目的探讨垂直分离性斜视（DVD）手术方法及效果。方法选取2009年6月至2010年12月经手术治疗的26例3～21岁垂直分离性斜视病人作回顾性研究，术后随访观察12—18月。结果术后眼位21例正位；DVD18例效果满意，4例效果良好，4例病人注视眼遮盖后依然出现上飘。下斜肌功能过强全部矫正，9例双眼视改善。结论依据下斜肌功能分级进行下斜肌切断或下斜肌部分切除治疗合并下斜肌功能过强DVD病人既减弱下斜肌功能又有效治疗DVD；根据眼外肌功能情况选择手术方式是DVD手术治疗的有效方法。Objective To investigate the surgical methods and efficacy of DVD. Methods From June 2009 to December 2010 menstrual treatment of 26 cases of 3-21 years old operation dissociate vertical strabismus （DVD） patients were studied retrospectively, observation of 12-18 months fol- low-up after operation. Results Postoperative eye 21 cases; the effect of DVD 18 patients were sat- isfied, 4 cases good effect, 4 patients were fixating eye cover was still floating. Inferior oblique over- action were corrected, 9 cases of binocular vision improved. Conclusions Of inferior oblique cut or partial excision of the inferior oblique muscle combined with inferior oblique function strong DVD patient is weakening of the inferior oblique muscle function and is effective in the treatment of DVD on the basis of inferior oblique muscle function classification; according to the extraocular muscle function choose the operation mode is an effective method for treatment of DVD operation.
