纤维桩辅助树脂修复根管治疗后牙齿的短期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究纤维桩及树脂联合修复根管治疗后牙齿的可行性。方法:选取根管治疗后前牙13例,后牙15例,采用纤维桩及树脂联合修复,恢复其形态和功能。并于2年后进行临床回访。临床观察指标包括有无牙齿折断、桩或修复树脂的脱落、继发龋、食物嵌塞、边缘染色等,以及临床症状(自发痛,扣痛等),X线影像变化,咬牙合情况和患者主观感受。结果:28例患牙修复后X线影像均无骨破坏加重表现。除1例出现轻微食物嵌塞及1例出现边缘轻微染色外,其余观察指标皆为阴性。所有患者对修复效果均较满意。结论:采用纤维桩及树脂联合修复根管治疗后牙齿短期来说是较为可靠的一种方法。远期疗效有待进一步观察。Objective.. To study the reliability of restoring endodontically treated teeth with fiber posts and compos- ite resin. Methods： 13 anterior teeth and 15 posterior teeth were restored with fiber posts and composite resin to re- habilitate their morphologies and functions. After 2 years, patients were recalled for clinical study including dis- lodgement of posts or composite resin, tooth fracture, secondary caries, food compaction, marginal pigmentation, clinical syndromes, X ray changes, occlusion and subjective evaluations of patients. Results.. 28 restored teeth showed no more bone resorption. Except one case of food compaction and one of slight marginal pigmentation, other items observed were negative. All patients were satisfied with their restorations. Conclusion： It is a reliable method to restore endodontically treated teeth with fiber posts and composite resin. However, the long term effect is still to be observed.
