摘　　要：目的:观察口腔颌面部外周原始神经外胚层瘤(pPNET)的临床病理及免疫组化特征。方法:对6例口腔颌面部pPNET进行组织形态学观察及免疫组织化学检测。结果:pPNET形态学上表现为小圆细胞呈大片状排列,其间可见纤维结缔组织间隔,瘤细胞呈非典型性菊形团样结构;免疫组化显示CD99呈100%阳性表达,CK、Des及LCA呈100%阴性表达。结论:根据临床表现、组织形态学特征及其免疫组化表型有助于口腔颌面部pP-NET的诊断。Objective： To observe the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features of peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumor （pPNET） in oral and maxillofacial region. Methods： This is a retrospective study of 6 pa- tients with pPNET who underwent the tumor resection in Nanjing Stomatological Hospital. 6 cases of oral and max- illofacial pPNET were observed and analyzed for the clinical symptom,imaging features,histopathology and immu- nohistochemistry. Results： Tumors were characterized by small round cells, sheets or closely packed nests of small round cells. They were separated by fibrous septa. The abortive Homer Wright -- type rosettes were seen in all ca- ses. CD99 were all positive in all cases. CK, Des and LCA were all negetive in all cases. Conclusion： The clinical presentations, morphologic features and immunohistochemical pattern contribute to the diagnosis of oral and maxil- lofacial pPNET.
