摘　　要：青蒿素及其衍生物是一类天然的抗恶性疟疾特效药,近来研究显示其可通过阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、抗血管生成、调节肿瘤相关基因的表达以及损伤细胞线粒体等发挥抗肿瘤作用,但具体机制尚不清楚。Artemisinin and its derivatives are highly effective in fighting against malaria. Notably, these drugs have shown potent anti-timor activities by arresting cellular growth, enhancing apoptosis, inhibiting anglo- genesis, and regulating the expression of tumor-associated genes, although the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.
