口轮匝肌蒂岛状口腔黏膜瓣在单纯红唇缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨口轮匝肌蒂岛状口腔黏膜瓣修复单纯红唇缺损的方法和效果.方法 采用清创术尽量修复和保留有活力唇部组织,处理形成整齐有活性的新鲜创缘,设计并分离形成单蒂或双蒂口轮匝肌蒂岛状黏膜瓣修复红唇缺损区,供瓣区直接缝合.自2010年7月至2012年10月,我科共收治8例单侧单纯红唇缺损1/3～2/3而唇线完整的患者.结果 所有患者术后皮瓣存活良好,创面修复后与正常红唇质地接近,颜色相近,唇部无明显形态变化及活动畸形,功能无影响,效果满意.结论 采用口轮匝肌蒂口腔黏膜瓣修复单纯红唇缺损,方法简便、可靠,修复效果好,对面部形态影响小,是单纯红唇缺损一种良好的修复方法.Objective To discuss the methods of orbicularis otis pedicled island oral mucosa flap in repair of simple red lip defect. Methods After debridement, vital lip tissue was repaired and reserved to form well-arranged and fresh wound margin. The orbicularis otis pedicled island oral mueosa flap was designed and shaped to repair the red lip defect. The donated area was sutured directly. Totally eight patients were performed with these procedures mentioned above from July 2010 to November 2012. Results All flaps survived well. After 6 to 24 months follow- up, the characters and color of repaired lips were similar to normal ones. And there were no obviously morphologic changes and activities deformity left. Conclusion With orbicularis oris pedicled island oral mucosa flap in repair of simple red lip defect, which give full play to neighboring tissues, and get well repair effect. At the same time, it could be easy to he perform.
