摘　　要：目的:观察大承气汤加味胃管注入治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为2组,对照组30例给予常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加用大承气汤加味胃管注入,5～7剂后统计疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为86.67%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:大承气汤加味胃管注入治疗急性胰腺炎有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe clinical effects of injecting modified DaChengQiTang through stomach tube for acute pancreatitis.Method： Sixty patients were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given with routine treatment and the treatment group injection of modified DaChengQiTang through stomach tube,clinical effects were observed after five to seven doses.Result： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,higher than 86.67% of the control group,clinical effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion： Injection of modified DaChengQiTang through stomach tube is effective in treating acute pancreatitis.
