崇仁麻鸡肉用品系日粮适宜能量和蛋白质水平的研究

摘　　要：研究了崇仁麻鸡肉用品系不同生长阶段的日粮适宜能量和蛋白质水平。试验结果表明：公、母鸡对代谢能（ME）的需要量差别不大，公鸡对粗蛋白质（CP）的需要量略高于母鸡；以日增重、料内比等为考察指标时，0～4周龄鸡适宜的ME、CP和蛋能比分别为13．50MJ／kg、20．00％-21．50％、14．81—15．93g／MJ，5—8周龄鸡适宜的ME、CP和蛋能比分别为12．50MJ／kg、17．00％一18．50％、13．60—14．81g／MJ，9—13周龄鸡适宜的ME、CP和蛋能比分别为12．50MJ／kg、17．50％、14．00g／MJ。The author studied the suitable diet energy and protein level of meat - type Chongren patridge chickens at various growth stages. The results showed that there was little difference in metabolic energy （ME） requirement between male chicken and female chicken, but the crude protein （CP） requirement of male chicken was slightly higher than that of female chicken. When dai- ly weight gain and feed conversion ratio were taken into comprehensive consideration, the suitable diet ME, CP and protein - energy ratio of 0-4 - week - old chickens were 13.50 MJ/kg, 20.00%- 21.50%, and 14.81 -15.93 g,/MJ respectively; those of 5 - 8 -week-old chickens were 12.50 MJ/kg, 17.00% -18.50%, and 13.60 -14..81 g/MJ respectively; those of 9 - 13 -week- old chickens were 12.50 MJ/k2. 17.50%. and 14.00 z/MJ resoectivelv.
