基于KAQ的卫生管理信息系统课程教学体系研究

摘　　要：KAQ(Knowledge、Ability、Quality)人才培养模式把知识学习、能力培养、素质提高综合统一为整体。KAQ目标的实现,依赖于人才培养方案中每门课程的学习。构建了基于KAQ的卫生管理信息系统课程教学体系,梳理了该课程的教学内容,分析了该课程的知识、能力和素质特性;最后,从系列课程设置、教学手段和教学方式等方面提出了基于KAQ的卫生管理信息系统课程的改革建议。KAQ talent training mode integrates and unifies knowledge learning, ability training and quality improvement as a whole. The realization of KAQ＇ s goal depends on studying every course in talent training scheme. Based on KAQ, course teaching system of health management information system has been constructed ; the teaching content of the courses has been combed, the knowledge, ability and quality characteristics of the courses have been analyzed; finally, based on KAQ, reforming proposals about the courses of health management information system from a series of courses, teaching methods and teaching ways have been put forward.
