摘　　要：学校与企业联合培养工科学生,是普通高校实行工程教育、培养应用型人才的一个有效途径。围绕汽车工程专业学生的培养,分析了学校与企业开展联合定向培养的可行性、管理制度和实施策略。在培养过程中,把理论教学安排在校内、实践教学部署在企业现场,以理论教学大纲和企业培训大纲为原则,指导整个教学过程。It＇s an effective way that school and enterprise educate engineering students together for colleges and universities to carry out engineering education, cultivate applied personnel. This article analyzes the feasibility of joint training for school and enterprise, the management system and implementation strategy around the cultivation for students in automotive engineering major. Based on the principles of theoretical teaching and corporate training outline, guide the whole teaching process through putting theory teaching in the school, arranging practice teaching at the scene of the enterprise, in the process of training.
