摘　　要：主要运用文献资料法梳理了学习型社会和社区体育的内涵及其相关性,并针对常州市社区发展现状和社区居民实际健身需求提出:加强宣传教育,提高对社区体育的认识;拓展社区体育公共服务,实现社区体育社会化、生活化;扩大公共体育设施服务对象,满足居民基本的健身需求;拓展社会体育指导员队伍,形成社会体育指导员长效服务机制;拓展融资渠道,加速社区体育的发展;以学校为依托发展社区体育中心等发展社区体育的策略。A literature review is made about the connotation and correlation of learning society and community sports, and in the light of the status quo of community sports in Changzhou City, it is proposed to strengthen publicity and education, to improve people＇s understanding of community sports;to expand public service of community sport, to realize the popularization of community sports;to enlarge the service popula- tion of sports facilities, to meet the basic fitness requirements of residents; to develop social sports instruc- tors, to form a long-term service mechanism ;to expand the financing channel, to accelerate the development of the community sports：and to rely on ~hnnl~ n~ rnrnrmm;t,, ~,.,~,-~ ,~ ~,~
