摘　　要：职教集团的管理理念与企业集团中的价值链管理模式异曲同工。从价值链管理理念的视角考察职教集团成员单位各自作用机理,在分析现有职教集团管理体制现状的基础上,以优化职教集团价值链管理为切入点,结合调研反馈情况,提出了转变参团企业认识局限、政府应是职教集团良性发展的有力推手及制度设计要统分兼顾的策略建议。The management concept of vocational education group and the value chain of enterprise group are different in approaches but equally satisfactory in result. It reviews each function mechanism of member units in vocational education group from the angle of value chain management concept. On the basis of analyzing the present condition of management mechanism for vocational education group, it combines the condition of survey and feedback with optimizing value chain management of vocational education group as cut-in. It puts forward strategy suggestions of changing participating enterprises＇ understanding limits, and governments should drive the good development of vocational education group, as well as the overall consideration of system design.
