摘　　要：本文分析了高校继续教育员工队伍专业化建设的重要性,重点对继续教育师资专业化建设、管理队伍专业能力提升的内容、方式和途径等问题进行了深入思考。This paper studies the importance of continuing education in Colleges and Universi- ties, and focuses on the professionalization construction of staff members, the professional content , its ways and approaches for the improvement.
