摘　　要：题库是实践考教分离和现代化考试的有效手段。计算机技术和网络技术的普及使得题库特别是电子题库有了更加广阔的应用空间。文章结合徐州医学院诊断学教学实验中心自行开发的医学诊断学无纸化考试系统,制作了诊断学电子题库,并设计了一套题库制作规程。该题库采用SQL Server 2005作为数据库管理系统,并采用加密技术,能较好地和诊断学无纸化考试系统配合使用,自动生成高质量试卷。Application of the test item bank is an effective method to implement the separation of teaching and examining.With the wide popularization of computer technology and network technology,application of test item banks,especially electronic test item banks,is enlarged greatly.This paper introduces the construction and making process of the diagnostic electronic test item bank developed by our center for the paperless examination system.The bank employs SQL Server 2005 as DBMS and encryption technology,which can be used in combination with the diagnostic paperless examination system and automatically generate high-quality test papers.
