摘　　要：结合实践,介绍了第二军医大学附属长海医院以讲座、模拟诊疗、多媒体演示、临床见习和实习、模型及标本操作训练等多种教学模式相结合,进行规范化关节镜微创技术培训的方法,指出该教学模式可以激发学生的专业学习兴趣,有利于提高教学效果。Based on our hospital＇s practice,this paper introduces ways of standardized arthroscope technique training by combining various teaching modes such as lectures,simulated diagnosis and treatment,multimedia-assisted demonstrations,clinical observation and practice,and model and specimen workshop training.The paper points out that this teaching mode can stimulate students＇ interest in specialized learning and improve teaching effectiveness.
