摘　　要：慢诱导气管插管是处理困难气道的有效方法。如何使所有年轻麻醉医师熟练掌握该技术方法,提高气管插管的成功率,广东医学院附属佛山禅城中心医院结合实践,将Shikani喉镜引导插管技术引入教学,并采用多媒体理论讲解、实物模拟练习、临床示教及训练进行培训,使学生快速地理解和掌握该技术方法,改善了气管插管的教学质量及临床应用的安全性。Slow induction tracheal intubation is an effective method to deal with difficult airway.Based on our practice,our hospital has introduced tracheal intubation technique guided with Shikani laryngoscope in teaching to make all young anesthetists master this anesthetic technique and improve the success rate of tracheal intubation.We train them with multimedia-assisted theory instruction,simulated training,clinical demonstrations and training,which makes the trainees understand and master this technique rapidly and improves the teaching quality and safety of its clinical application.
