摘　　要：结合长期客户服务经验,对转子包封胶的使用工艺和检测时出现的常见问题进行分析论证,提出了一些建议和解决方案,以保证电机产品的质量稳定。文中阐述不同包封胶的特性,也可为准备使用包封胶或对产品进行改进的生产企业提供参考。Combined with long-term experience in customer service, some technical problems on encapsulated insulation treatment of the rotor was analyzed, also the common problems of the rotor＇ s detection and using was discussed with analysis and demonstration, then some suggestive solutions to ensure the motor＇s product quality and stability was proposed. The characteristic of different types of encapsulation insulation is also described in the article, which can be used to provide reference of using encapsulated insulation to improve the product property.
