非政府组织与我国高校关系研究综述

摘　　要：随着非政府组织在我国的快速发展,其对高校的影响也日益成为理论界关注的焦点。近几年,国内外学者从公共管理学、组织行为学、社会学、经济学等诸多学科角度对非政府组织的研究成果颇丰,但从我国高校与非政府组织关系的视角进行研究还有待深入。文章从非政府组织的概念、非政府组织与我国高校之间的相互作用就近年来学术界的研究动态作一述评,并对进一步深入研究提出建议。With the rapid development of the non-governmental organization（NGO）in China,its influence on colleges and universities has been the focus of the theoretical circle.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have made abundant achievements on the researches of NGO in multiple perspectives such as public management,organizational behavior,sociology,economics and so on.However,the research of the relationship between the NGO and China＇s colleges and universities is still at the primary stage.This paper discusses the conception of the NGO and the interaction between the NGO and China＇s colleges and universities,makes a review on the relevant academic researches in these years,and puts forward some suggestions for further research.
