摘　　要：为了更好地带动黑龙江省蓝莓产业的发展,进一步完善蓝莓加工品的市场,对黑龙江省蓝莓加工品如饮料、果酒和乳制品的市场占有率,品牌数量及知名度进行了调查,对蓝莓加工产业现存的加工企业现状、产品品质状况进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策建议,即打造龙头企业、加大产品开发力度、健全质量保障体系。In order to promote the development of blueberry industry better in Heilongjiang province and further improve the blueberry processing products in the market, products market share, brand, quantity and popularity of blueberry processed products in Heilongjiang province were investigated including beverage,fruit wine and blueberries dairy products,the processing industry present situation of processing enterprises , the condition of product quality were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to make leading enterprises, strengthen product development and improve the quality guarantee system.
