摘  要:目的比较不同正畸黏结剂的黏结效果及对牙釉质的影响。方法以2010年2月~2012年3月采用京津釉质黏结剂进行托槽黏结的31例正畸治疗患者为对照组,并以同期采用GC光固化树脂改良型玻璃离子托槽黏结剂进行托槽黏结的31例患者为观察组,比较两组黏结后不同时间的正畸拔除牙的黏结强度、黏结剂残留指数(ARI评分)及正畸过程中牙釉质脱矿程度。结果不同时间的拔除牙对照组与观察组间的黏结强度比较,P均>0.05,无显著性差异,而观察组不同时间的拔除牙ARI评分及正畸牙釉质脱矿程度均优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论 GC树脂改良型玻璃离子托槽黏结剂可有效保证正畸治疗中的黏结强度,并且对于牙釉质的不良影响相对更小。Objective To compare the bonding effect of different orthodontic adhesive and their influence for the dental enamel. Methods 31 orthodontic patients with Jingjin enamel bonding agent from February 2010 to March 2012 were selected as control group,31 cases with GC light-cured resin-modified glass ionomer or- thodontic cement at the same time were selected and ARI score of orthodontic extraction teeth and as observation group, then the two groups' bond strength enamel demineralization degree of orthodontic tooth after the intervention at different times were compared. Results strength The control group and observation group' s bond after the intervention at different times were compared, all P 〉 0.05, there were not significant differences,while the observation group' s adhesive remnant index (ARI) score of orthodontic extraction teeth and enamel demineralization degree of orthodontic tooth after the intervention at different times were all better than those of control group, all P 〈 0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The GC light -cured resin-modified glass ionomer orthodontic cement can effectively guarantee the bond strength dur-ing the orthodontic treatment, and its adverse influence is relatively smaller.
